In Nadarzyn near Warsaw the “MAXIMUS II” commercial and service centre was built. As part of this project, we took care of the assembly of the substructure for the shell, interior rooms and roof accessories, as well as the supply and assembly of the wall cladding. The project included two retail halls, one with an area of 25,500 sqm and another of 19,000 sqm.

MAXIMUS II
COMMERCECON performed construction works for us in the MAXIMUS II Shopping Centre in Nadarzyn near Warsaw. The project was completed in 2009.
The works involved installing a supporting structure for roofing, accessories, internal spaces and wall cladding. Two halls were involved:
- hall E with an area of 25,500 m2
- hall F with an area of 19,000 m2.
Commercecon performed all the works diligently, on time and according to the civil engineering standards. Top-quality materials, proven technologies and structural solutions with interesting architectural elements were used.
