The project 7R Park Łódź West I was built in Konstantynów Łódzki. As a general contractor we built a 27,000 sqm warehouse with the 5,000 sqm office area. This is our next project for 7R.

In 2019 and 2020, Commercecon, as the General Contractor, built our 7R Park Łódź West I, with 27,000 sq. m of storage and production space and 5,000 sq. m of office space.
All works were completed on time, according to the design documentation and the Investor’s expectations. The project in total amounted to over PLN 80 million.
