The 8,300-square-metre warehouse hall was commissioned by an investor in Łódź. 7R S.A., for whom we built the facility, specialises in providing modern warehouse and logistics space within the concept of a network of urban warehouses.

In 2019 and 2020, Commercecon completed the construction of 7R City Flex Łódź I for us as the General Contractor as part of the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics urban warehouse network concept with a total area of 8,300 sq. m.
All works were completed on time, according to the design documentation and the Investor’s expectations. The project in total amounted to over PLN 80 million.
